Distribution:  North Pacific: Bering Sea, north of Near Island.
Diagnosis:  Dorsal soft rays (total): 50-50. This species is known only from the holotype and is characterized by the following: teeth is three-lobed; D 50; P 28; head depth 27.2% SL, body deep, 27.2% SL; eye small 23.8% HL; beginning of the anal fin located almost below of the dorsal fin (Ref. 132302).
