Distribution: | Africa: known from a single specimen, collected from Ebome stream at Kribi, Cameroon (Ref. 79590). | |||
Diagnosis: | Diagnosis: scales totally absent; snout 14% HL; head length 27% SL; skin with longitudinal ridges; 1st dorsal fin V, second dorsal fin I-12, anal fin I-15, pectoral fins 16, caudal fin 12 segmented rays (11 of which are branched)(Ref. 79590). Coloration: Preserved specimens: uniform reddish brown, with minute black dots that are coarsest on head and adjacent to dorsal fins; 1st dorsal fin with black vertical band between 4th and 5th spines; otherwise, all fins brownish and lightly covered with blackish dots (Ref. 79590). | |||
