Max. size:  7.49 cm SL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  benthopelagic; freshwater
Distribution:  Asia: South Korea.
Diagnosis:  It has a narrower interorbital width (22.7-27.6% HL), a smaller eye diameter (21.3-26.2% HL), and a greater caudal peduncle depth (10.1-13.6% SL). There are 12-15 scales above the lateral line. A black transverse bar is present on the first unbranched ray of the dorsal fin. The lower of the two yellowish longitudinal bands along the lateral body is interrupted and lacks sharp definition. The blackish dorso-lateral body is adorned with numerous silvery-white spots.
