Diagnosis: | Dorsal spines (total): 6-8; Dorsal soft rays (total): 6-8; Anal spines: 0-0; Anal soft rays: 6-7; Vertebrae: 45-48. Snout pointed, with a pair of barbels on its ventral surface. Free nasal margin serrated, with small spines. Branchial membranes fused with isthmus. | |||
